Display Cabinets For Lancaster Royal Grammar School
Uni-Shop recently supplied our luxury display cabinets to Lancaster Royal Grammar School. (LRGS) is a prestigious day and boarding grammar school, home to 1,290 pupils, including 120 boarders and a vibrant Sixth Form of 400 students. Located in the North West of England, the school challenges some of the brightest students in the region, alongside boarders from across the country and beyond, to reach their full potential.
LRGS places a strong emphasis on academic and extracurricular excellence, providing ample opportunities for students to thrive. These core values, combined with a supportive and tolerant community, create the ideal foundation for future success. The school’s reputation for outstanding academic achievement is reflected in its impressive exam results: 40% of A-level students achieved A*/A grades in 2024, while 42% of GCSE students attained grades 9/8 in the same year. Ten LRGS students were offered places at Oxford and Cambridge universities in 2024, underlining the school’s national standing.
With a rich history dating back to its founding in 1472, Lancaster Royal Grammar School is one of the oldest state-funded schools in the country. Originally located near the Priory Church and Lancaster Castle, the school moved to its current site in 1851, when Queen Victoria granted it Royal status.
Our luxury Aluminium & Glass Display Cabinets are used in a wide range of settings including retail, commercial and exhibitions. We hope the new cabinets will be full of trophies!
